The staff here are really friendly and welcoming. 😊 the rooms are super nice and clean, especially the fancy ones which are kept really well.

Everything was clean. the food was tasty. - the views were amazing. - the location was amazing, relatively near Pink House. - There was an excellent restaurant not very far from the hotel.

The rooms have comfortable queen-sized beds, the food offers a variety of delicious options, the check-in process is efficient, and the overall ambiance is peaceful.

The location near Calle Defensa was fantastic, and it was easy to find the train stations nearby.

One member of the staff was rude, didn't give any details about anything when I checked-in. The room didn't have a lamplight in the ceiling, it seemed to have been refurbished recently but no table, and it seemed always dirty

The staff were at the top of there game, welcoming, helpful and professional, their good English skills were much appreciated as was their patience at having to endure my completely beginner Spanish. Great location in the centre of the tourist area! The restaurant on the roof was a welcome difference.

We had a comfortable 2-night stay at Believe Madero Hotel in Buenos Aires. The hotel is conveniently located within a 15-minute walk from downtown. We really enjoyed having amenities like a private safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini fridge in our room.

The breakfast room is too noisy. The kitchen must have something to block the noises. It also could include best quality products (the croissants were not good) and more fruit. One extra computer downstairs would be also a nice thing to add.

Walking distance from Puerto Madero, Downtown, San Telmo and Subway. Cheap taxi to Caminito and Bombonera Stadium. Nice breakfest view.

Towels and bed could be better.

Got impressive room with a Deluxe bedroom as well as a nice view - always come in handy. Location: the hotel was near to Santelmo market, restaurants, and great points to visit and Tienda León bus connection to Aeroparque and many good restaurants.
